   Mentored undergraduates developing research proposals and application materials for the Department of Homeland Security Summer Research Team Program, and guided them in connecting sociological and criminological theory to applied homeland security missions.

   Founder and Organizer, The WORKshop

   Created and facilitated a collaborative working group to incubate research ideas and workshop papers in work, economic sociology, and organizations, building a community in which graduate students received peer feedback and professional development support.
